WasteECo-2011 organizers invite all interested companies and enterprises to became sponsors of our event and/or put advertisement.

Sponsors of our previous events were Canadian Embassy in Ukraine, Canadian Cooperation Fund, Ukrainian Ecological Insurance Company, Arzinger & Partners Law Firm, VEOLIA Environmental Services Company.

Our advertisers were Avista Company, GRINKO Company, Recycling Odpady Technologie, RPC “Paks”, Victoria Ltd, Giprobum Design Institute, Kharkiv Regional Center for Hazardous Waste Management, UAB "Universalus medzio produktai"  and many others.

I. Offers for sponsors

We offer you an advertisement package that will ensure effective promotion of your products or services*.

The advertisement package includes:

1. Banner of Sponsor and text «Sponsor of WasteECo-2011 — "title"» on the homepage of WasteECo-2011 web-site.

2. Banner of Sponsor on the homepage of  World of Waste web-site  for the whole period of preparation and carry out of the event.

3. Banner of Sponsor in e-mailing «News of the World of Waste web-site» monthly before the event. You can see e-mailing statistics and characteristics here. If you makes yearly sponsoring payment, your banner will be on our web-site for longer time and  it will appear more times in e-mailing!

4. Text «Sponsor of  WasteECo-2011 — "title"»  in the Conference Programme.

5. Text «Sponsor of WasteECo-2011  — "title"»  into electronic and information messages about WasteECo-2011 for potential participants throughout Ukraine, CIS and other countries.

6. Color logo of the Sponsor on the first page of the Conference Proceedings.

7. Color logo of the Sponsor on the first page of the Exhibition Catalogue.

8. Color advertisement box (А4 size) on the 4-th or 2-nd or 3-rd page of book cover or inside the Conference Proceedings.

9. Color advertisement box (А5 size) inside the Exhibition Catalogue.

10. Insertion of Sponsor advertisement leaflets in the Exhibition Catalogue.

11. Insertion of Sponsor advertisement leaflets/booklets, etc. inside "Conference bag" for participants (Conference Participant Set).

12. Presentation, made by Sponsor’ representative, on the plenary session of the Conference (15 minutes). Presentation or report on Section session (30 minutes).

13. Banner of Sponsor on the balcony of the Exhibition hall (banner max size: length — 4 m, width —  3 m).

14. Mobile banner (area — 1 m², height — 2 m) near the Exhibition entrance.

15.  Mobile banner (area — 1 m², height — 2 m) inside the Conference area.

16. Announcement about the location  of Sponsor’s stand (3 times per day).

17. Carry out of a special event in the framework of the Conference .

Sponsor fee for the whole package is 15 000 UAH. Other options can be discussed.

Payment should be made in EURO, using  official currency exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine  as on the date of payment.

Table 1 presents information on our prices for publication your advertisement in the Exhibition Catalogue (А5 size, offset printing). Payment should be made in EURO, using  official currency exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine  as on the date of payment.
