Conference venue

The Conference will be held in the Big Conference Hall for Plenary Sessions (800 seats) and auditoriums for section sittings of the Students' Palace of KhPI, the premises belonging to the campus "Gigant" of the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute". The photo of the Students' Palace of KhPI is here. The premises locate in the central part of the City. The address is Pushkinskaya str. 79. Several modern hotels are available in the area.

Transportation: The Students' Palace of KhPI is situated not far from the underground (metro) station "Pushkinskaya". The admission to the underground is by tokens and costs 1,5 UAH.

How to get from the airport, mainline railway station or bus terminal to your hotel

Kharkiv City Airport is located within city boundaries. The nearest metro (underground) station is Prospect Gagarina, which can be reached by bus services N 115e or N 119e (please see http://gortransport.kharkov.ua/routes/route.php?route_id=50 and http://gortransport.kharkov.ua/routes/route.php?route_id=51; sorry, in Russian only), or by trolleybus service N 5 (http://gortransport.kharkov.ua/routes/route.php?route_id=212).

Taxi cabs are available in the airport. Alternatively, you can call  15-02, 15-15, 15-61, 15-73 or 15-88 to arrange radio taxi service. If you need help, you can ask airport’s administrator. His office is located in the waiting room.

Metro (underground) services are the best way to get to the hotel from the mainline railway station or from the bus terminal. Railway station is located near Pivdennyi Vokzal metro station (in Russian they call it Yuzhniy Vokzal). The bus terminal is located near Prospect Gagarina metro station.

Optionally, hotels "Aurora" and "Chichikov" offer transfer service from the airport, railway station or bus terminal (additional fee applies).
