Guidelines for Formatting

Paper for the Conference Proceedings and Presentation

  Deadline for paper submission - 1 October 2010

WasteECo-2011 is a business-oriented event. Subjects, which are purely academic and have no practical value, will not be considered.  

For being published all papers should:

• correspond to the topics and tasks of the event;

• be interested for target audience;

• present practical proposals, recommendations and conclusions;

• be compiled according to the guidelines for formatting.

The size of a paper varies from 1000 to 8000 characters.

Please:

• prepare your paper in Word '97–2007 in English or Russian (preferable);

• include paper full title, full name, affiliation and contact information for all authors and indicate the person for correspondence;

• provide pictures in .JPG or .TIFF format (the minimal resolution is 300 dpi) or in vector formats (.EPS or .WMF), charts, schemes and diagrams should be provided  in Excel or Corel Draw format;

• include these objects into the text of your paper as well as send them in separate files;

• do not attach a list of references to your paper.

The volume of the Proceedings is limited. Thus, papers with informative materials and illustration – pictures, figures, tables, charts, diagrams – will have advantage.

All authors will be informed about the receiving of papers via e-mail. Evaluator’s reviews will not be sent to authors.

Speakers in Oral Sessions will have 30 minutes for presentation and questions; sequential translation will be provided if necessary. Please, prepare your Microsoft Power Point presentation. The software will be Microsoft Windows XP / Power Point (Windows standard fonts only).

If you’d like to participate in poster session, please, prepare poster – max size is А0.
