Conditions for Participation in WasteECo-2011

Entry to the Exhibition area is FREE.

 If you want to participate as exhibitor

Total costs for participation include participation fee and price for exhibition area (equipped, unequipped and/or outdoor area). The bank transfer of funds should be made in EURO, using official currency exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine (applicable to the date of payment).

Participation fee is  820 UAH; it is obligatory for each exhibitor. The fee includes:

• registration of a participant and publication of information in the Exhibition Catalogue (information should be provided before 1 February 2011, see  Guidelines for formatting);

• general advertisement campaign of the Exhibition;

• one published Catalogue;

• cleaning and security services.

The price-list for exhibition area is presented in Table 1.

Equipped exhibition area includes wallboard, carpeting, fascia panel, title on fascia panel, furniture and equipment. The exact set depends upon the stand size (Table 2).

In case, you don’t need standard set of furniture and equipment, reimbursement is not performed.

Other furniture and equipment  as well as connection to engineering networks can be provided upon a request for additional fee. Price-list will be send upon a request.

If you make your payment before 31 December 2010, you will receive a bonus:

• banner of your organization: size 100´100 pixels; or

• advertisement text: max 100 characters with spaces.

During the whole period from the date of payment up to the date of the closing of the event your banner or text will be putted  in the right side of web-pages:
1) of corresponding sub-section of World of the Waste web-site (e.g.: Technologies, equipment/Tire, rubber, if you manufacture equipment for rubber recycling);
2) of the whole texts of advertisements of corresponding sub-section.
In addition, your banner or text will be added to one issue of our e-mailing «News of the World of Waste web-site».

After WasteECo-2011 closing all information about exhibitors, presented in the Catalogue, will be putted on event official web-site. 

If you want to participate but will not be present (participation by correspondence)

You will not pay participation fee for such type of participation. This type of participation includes the following services (Table 3).

After receiving your Application form for participation in Exhibition we will send you a draft of Contract and additional information, if necessary.

Deadline for payment for participation in the Exhibition is 1 February 2011.

Participation in the Conference

Deadline for paper submission is 1 October 2010. Guidelines for paper formatting.  

If you wish to make an oral presentation, but don’t want to publish your paper in the Conference Proceedings, please, send us before 1 October by e-mail the following information: title of your presentation, surname, name and a summary (the idea and several sentences, describing the presentation).

As a bonus, you will have a possibility to publish one advertisement  module on the topic of the event in the Conference Proceedings.  Мodule size is 210´148 mm. See here technical requirements. Deadline for submission original layout and making payment is 21 January  2011.

Deadline for payment for participation in the Conference without publication of advertisement  module  is 11 February 2011.

You can participate in the Conference with or without oral presentation/poster presentation only after making payment. Entry to only few events can be free.

The Organizers are not in position to provide any financial aid to participants (transport, accommodation, meals, etc.) or to waive the conference fee.
 

The Conference fee is 1600 UAH, which covers participation in all presentations, translation, coffee breaks, Conference Dinner and receiving "Conference bag" for participants (Conference Participant Set) including The Book of Papers.
You will be accompanied by a qualified interpreter. They will provide sequential translation of your presentation for the participants and simultaneous translation of other presentations for yourself.

Draft program of the Conference will be published on the WasteECo-2011 web-site in December 2010 – January 2011.

After closing of the event, text of all papers, published in Conference Proceedings, Power Point presentations and your contact data will be putted on the WaseECo2011 web-site.
