Conditions of participation

If you wish to take part in the Conference, please fill in the Application Form and return by e-mail to world_of_waste@mail.ru or fax +38 (057) 712-11-05 or mail to EcoInform P.O.B. 81 Kharkiv 61052 Ukraine

The Organizers are not in position to provide any financial aid to participants (transport, accommodation, meals, etc.) or to waive the conference fee.

The Conference fee is 160 EURO, which covers participation in all presentations, translation, coffee breaks, Conference Dinner and receiving "Conference bag" for participants (Conference Participant Set) including The Book of Papers.
You will be accompanied by a qualified interpreter. They will provide sequential translation of your presentation for the participants and simultaneous translation of other presentations for yourself.

Deadline for Conference fee is 24 March 2010.

PLEASE NOTE: we accept payments in EURO only!

We expect to receive 160 EURO on our account. Therefore, you should add any banking expenses to this price. Banking fee for the transfer is responsibility of participant!

Attention! According to Ukrainian law in your payment order you must specify ALL the invoice details. Otherwise the payment will be rejected; you will receive your money back AFTER deduction of all banking fees.
